Beef stir-fry

Ingredients
- 500g skirt steak
- salt and pepper
- 30ml olive oil
- 1 onion
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 thumb of ginger
- 2 carrots
- 1 capsicum
- 1 chilli
- 1 broccoli
- 50ml tamari soy sauce
- 10ml sesame seed oil
- 10ml rice wine vinegar
- 10ml lemon juice
- 20g brown sugar
- thickener like oat flour
Steps
- salt skirt steak and let sit for 30m.
- cut skirt steak into thin slices against the grain.
- cut up vegetables into nice simple shapes.
- heat oil in pan on high.
- add onions and fry for 1 min.
- add beef and fry for 1 min.
- add chilli, garlic and ginger fry for 1 min.
- add remaining vegetables and cook for 2 min.
- season with pepper.
- add tamari, sesame oil, vinegar, lemon juice and sugar.
- reduce heat to medium.
- cover and simmer.
- cook for 5-15min depending on how you like your vegetables cooked.
- add thickener and cook for further 2min.
- serve with rice.
